HOW TO BOOK:

Full payment is required to secure your booking. My preferred method is via bank transfer.

Please send an email to: jacsharrisstudio@gmail.com to register your interest and tell me you would like to book a place and I will send you my account details to make a bank transfer. If you are unable to pay in this way please contact me to arrange an alternative method via PayPal or cheque/cash.

Once your payment is made, I will send a receipt via email and this will confirm your booking. I will send a copy of my Terms & Conditions and further information about the workshop/class/course will follow within a few days. I will also send an email reminder a few days before the event.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All workshops/classes/courses require full payment in advance to confirm your place.

If you change your mind within 14 days of booking or purchasing a gift voucher, you are entitled to a full refund according to the Consumer Credit Act. This does not apply to late bookings made within 14 days of the workshop/class/course date.

In the event of your cancellation payments are non refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your place to a friend. Please let me know and send their name, phone number and email address.

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

If I have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances or if I am unable to meet the minimum number of participants needed to run the workshop, I will try to give you as much notice as possible. I will refund the full booking fee (minus any PayPal or banking fees) or transfer your booking to another workshop/class/course of the same price, space permitting. I cannot accept responsibility for any other costs or expenses you may have incurred.

Items/artworks/pieces made in my workshops/classes/courses are intended for personal use only and not for commercial use.
