Life Drawing Workshop
Thursday 15th January 2026 6.30-8.30pm
Weston Hills Village Hall
£15
Special dramatic lighting session. We will have the room set in low-light with lamps/lights to create shadows, atmosphere and interest. A torch may be handy to light your table/easel/papers!
Ever wanted to draw the human figure, but not sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve been drawing for years and just want to get better? Either way, this Life Drawing workshop is the perfect place to practice, learn, and have fun!
What to Expect:
A Model: Sketch a real-life model and really get the feel for the human form.
Supportive: No pressure, just a relaxed space to create and improve.
Guidance & Tips: We’ll begin with a suggested ‘warm-up drawing’ then you are free to draw the poses.
Who’s It For?: Anyone and everyone! Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your skills.
Bring along your own papers, drawing materials and easel if you wish (tables and chairs provided).
Please arrive slightly earlier (approx 6.15pm) to allow time for everyone to be settled before the model’s first pose.
Please read the ‘Life Drawing Etiquette’ page before the session.
